1-    Me Jana Ramadan Appetizers:

Dates: They prepare the stomach to receive food after being
 inactive throughout the day and they are rich in sugary energy so that the body is supplied with the most important nutrients!

Soup (Lentil or Carrot Soup): Starting your Iftar meal with soup
warms the stomach and helps in preventing any stomach discomfort.
–    Lentil Soup: rich in proteins and iron.

(Olive oil, chopped onion, lentils, salt, chopped celery, chicken stock)
–    Carrot soup: rich in vitamins.
(Carrots, garlic, potato, onion, celery, olive oil, parsley)

Hummus: rich in iron, folate, phosphorus, and B vitamins.
(A dip of pureed cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil)
